We accept Gcash and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item has a factory defect,The item was damaged upon delivery, orA wrong item was sent.

✅ Items must be in original condition, with complete packaging and accessories.

🎥 Important: Please provide video proof (unboxing and testing) before the return can be approved.

If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or refund.If the wrong item was ordered by the customer, the buyer will cover the return shipping cost.

Non-returnable items:

Consumables (such as welding rods or wires) that have been used, or items damaged due to misuse.
