Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item has a factory defect,
• The item was damaged upon delivery, or
• A wrong item was sent.

✅ Items must be in original condition, with complete packaging and accessories.
🎥 Important: Please provide video proof (unboxing and testing) before the return can be approved.

• If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or refund.
• If the wrong item was ordered by the customer, the buyer will cover the return shipping cost.
• Non-returnable items: Consumables (such as welding rods or wires) that have been used, or items damaged due to misuse.
